nggr I had a medium glass of chocolate milk for breakfast, then a cup of coffee and a butterscotch lollipop at my aunt's. I had a half a bagel with minimal creamcheese for lunch and then a light caramel frappicino (tall) from starbucks. I've also had an assortment of hersey's kisses and for dinner I'm having a grilled cheese sandwich. Is that a lot for a 16 year old who is 4'3 and weighs 85 pounds?

 for breakfast at 7AM i ate a bagel with philadelphia whipped cream cheese, and had a small glass of orange juice. i ate on the back porch at my grandparents' house. why do they make tiny glasses for orange juice? why?

i didn't eat again til around 1, when i shared a bag or pretzel combos (pizza flavored) with a friend, had a sip of my other friend's pepsi.
i had until then been sworn off soda, but i was feeling thirsty.

we visited another friend, we all work together actually, at the hospital, and there i got thirsty again and bought a botle of root beer.

i went grocery shopping and ate one slice of roast beef, when the lady who slices it gave it to me to test whether it was sliced to my liking.
it was.

After shopping, I ate some Veggie Crisps.

And later, I had a big glass of chocolate milk.

And  I believe that is all.

Bfast: Banana Pancakes and apple juice
Lunch: Strawberries and blueberries
Dinner: Poatoes, Corn, Mac n cheese, Cantalope

I haven't posted here in forever so here it is:

Last night:

Half an italian beef sandwich and french fries
some fruit punch
half a glass of white zinfandel

Today:

Breakfast:
Large mocha from caribou
cinnamon scone

Lunch:
protein bar
apple

Not that exciting but that's what it is.

August 10th was the last post? And that wasn't even about this community?

Last night-

Server crash at work, look to a take out box on my desk for something to do.

  • 1 breaded deep fried boneless chicken breast.

  • about half a cup of country gravy.

  • 1/2 of a Belgian waffle covered in syrup (actually the whole thing was covered in syrup, even the gravy).


  • Home after work-

  • 4 Miller High Life tallboys.

  • 2 tuna melts


  • This afternoon-

  • Homemade Chicken Fried Steak (there is something so right about a deep fried steak)

  • Homemade sausage gravy

  • Scrambled eggs

  • Hashbrowns

  • 5 cups of coffee

  • 2 Miller High Life tallboys


  • Every meal on this list made me miss somebody I haven't seen in a long long time. 3 delicious meals, 3 friends long gone. Oh well. It's time for dinner.

    - bowl of grape-nuts with a little skim milk, microwaved and topped with ~ 1tbsp. brown sugar
    - copious amounts of plain black coffee

    lunch:
    - "oriental" flavor ramen, cooked with
    - one egg and
    - ~ 2 cups of raw green cabbage
    - oh, also half a can of regular coke.

    supper:
    - two miniature banana nut muffins, fresh from the oven.  mmm.
    - a cup of reheated coffee and a cup of water.

    late-night snack:
    - one fuji apple, sliced and sprinkled with cinnamon
    - 2 slices potato bread, toasted and pasted together with ~ 1tsp. butter
    - cup of chamomile-valerian tea, with ~ 1 tbsp. raw honey

    Okay, so...

    breakfast - 2 egg whites

    Lunch - 3 egg whites

    Dinner - nada. Didn't feel very hungry after being yelled at

    Snack - more jellooooo. Not sure how much. And two pieces of gum. Lots of water.

    Breakfast

    6 pieces of baked bacon (aargh)
    3egg omellette with cheddar and sausage

    Lunch - 1 fried egg

    Dinner- 1/2 cup jello, haha xD

    Lots of water (128oz + )

    Snack - About 4 pieces of sugarless gum throughout the day

    Also did 25 minutes of areobics and 15 minutes of Pilates

    2 pieces of starburst
    lots of water

    dinner:
    1/4 of an egg frittata (tomato, broccoli, mozzarella & turkey bacon)
    3 slices of Easter bread, plain
    iced tea

    snack:
    few bites of a dark chocolate bunny's ears

    lunch:slept thru it
    dinner: half a grilled cheese (I'm guessing 130 cuz we have low cal bread), pain meds

    huzzah.
    yesterday i ate cool whip out of the carton. it was fun.
